With formal diplomacy almost four years old and informal diplomacy six and a half, there is a larger number of partners who are entitled to the coalition’s most prestigious, award.
Between spring ’03 when first contact by the coalition’s original partners was made and late ’09, these uber-achieving recipients materially helped to achieve many success benchmarks. Some contributed every hour of every day; broadcasting live or taping and airing the same day. Others generated Triple “E” initiatives weekly or otherwise regularly which cumulatively proved to contribute to diplomacy efficacy. And what some produced weren’t quantitatively significant, but broke new ground in how communiqués were generated or were so profound they had a monumental impact on moving the geo-political agenda forward.
Accompanying each award is a $ 1 million prize.
